The challenge of therapy is being open and honest with yourself and another person. Having a witness to your struggles is a vulnerable experience. I often think of therapy as wrestling match with one's self. And the therapist as a referee and commentator.

Therapy will be challenging but it's an opportunity to learn about yourself and implement change. The men I work with would say that therapy helped them become better friends, husbands, and fathers.
